Send the link of your video to your course facilitator by mail. In this mail also include a brief report on Mike´s ideas and your ideas of the benefits mentioned as if you were reporting on this conversation to your boss.

The conversation at the bottom of this post was held by Maria and Nick before Maria informed her boss on the way employee benefits are perceived. Go over these e-mails and guess which department Nick works in. By clicking on each mail you´ll be able to get a larger image.





Now watch this scene and say which department Nick works in. Leave your guess in the comment box.


Then, choose one of the other 3 mails. Create the conversation between Maria and one employee from that department. Use Goanimate to do that. Send the link to your course facilitator. Your video will be uploaded to this blog and your mates will try and guess which department the person in your video works in.

Listen to this HR executive presenting her views on the benefits the company should be offering. Look at the pictures representing benefits and spot the ones mentioned. In the comment box write down the benefits mentioned. Let's see if you all agree. By Friday afternoon the course facilitators will be checking your comments and will take the last comment as the answer agreed upon by the group. Then, write an e-mail to your boss summarizing the speaker´s opinion. Mention the benefits she wants to introduce and why. You can also include your own idea on each of the benefits. Send the e-mail to your course facilitator at least 2 days before the next face-to-face class.
